This is one of my all time favourite desserts. It’s been such a fan-favourite that I’ve even strapped a cooled pie to the back of my snowmobile and drove it to a cabin during a family weekend getaway!
It’s rich, moist and always a crowd pleaser. Serve with some homemade coconut whip cream (recipe here), chopped walnuts and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
